Partners Personnel is hiring an Administrative Analyst in Moreno Valley, CA
Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
Compensation: $20.00+, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of front office.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc while maintaining and upholding confidentiality.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining purchasing records. Provides and maintains supplies inventory records to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies based on utilization.
- Supports the leadership team by creating and performing administrative tasks related to daily and weekly reporting.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of data.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on information collected as part of data gathering.
- Identification of opportunities to automate any/all analyses and identify processes for efficiencies.
- Maintenance of data systems and processes used for reporting and on-going data analysis.
- On-going data QA to ensure data used for reporting and analysis is accurate.
Requirements:
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Positive attitude, self-starter, self-motivated, works both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write grammatically correct emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Very strong computer applications experience and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of NetSuite or WMS Scale preferred
- Diligent, punctual, and responsible employee.
- Keen attention to detail and highest standard of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
